By accessing or using VOYN (voyn.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

VOYN provides AI-powered personality analysis for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our readings are generated by artificial intelligence based on proprietary algorithms and should not be considered professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should not make important life decisions solely based on the results provided by VOYN.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

By creating an account via Google Sign-In, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for your personality analysis.
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its AI systems.

4. Payments & Refunds

Premium features are available as one-time purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy. All sales are final. Since premium reports are digitally generated and delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on VOYN — including but not limited to text, graphics, AI-generated reports, images, and the overall design — is owned by VOYN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your personal analysis results for non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content for commercial use without prior written consent.

6. Age Restriction

VOYN is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 16, we will promptly terminate their account and delete any associated personal information.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, the service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by contacting us at voynorg@proton.me.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, we are under no obligation to do so.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VOYN is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any personality analysis. AI-generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided by our service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOYN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOYN, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Seoul, Republic of Korea, or, at our discretion, in the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these forums.

13. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through the service or via email.
