• Payment information: If you purchase premium features, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Generate your personalized personality analysis using AI technology.
• Process payments and deliver premium content.
• Improve our services, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth for authentication, Anthropic AI and Google AI for generating personality interpretations, and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Your analysis input (name, birth date) is sent to AI providers solely for generating your reading and is not used for AI model training.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your analysis results are stored temporarily in server memory for the duration of your session and are not permanently saved to a database. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side environment variable protection, and webhook signature verification for payment processing.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following policies:

• Analysis data (personality readings) is kept only for the duration of your active session and is not permanently stored.
• Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
• Payment and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at voynorg@proton.me. We will process such requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States (for AI service providers such as Anthropic and Google) and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure adequate protection through standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. By using our service, you acknowledge and consent to such international transfers.

8. Automated Decision-Making

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate personality readings and analysis. These are fully automated processes that produce personalized content based on the information you provide. These automated outputs are intended solely for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and do not produce any legal effects or similarly significant decisions affecting you.
