Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through VOYN (voyn.org). By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. VOYN provides AI-generated personality analysis reports that are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase.

2. Digital Content — All Sales Final

All purchases on VOYN are final and non-refundable. Our premium reports (including but not limited to Premium Analysis and Compatibility Premium) are digital content that is generated by artificial intelligence and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because the content is personalized, generated on-demand, and delivered immediately in its entirety, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Why Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds cannot be issued for the following reasons:

  • Instant delivery: AI-generated reports are created and delivered in full immediately upon payment. There is no pre-delivery window during which a cancellation could be processed.
  • Non-returnable nature: Digital content, once accessed or delivered, cannot be "returned" in the same manner as physical goods. The service has been fully rendered at the moment of delivery.
  • Personalized content: Each report is uniquely generated based on your specific input data (name, date of birth, gender) and cannot be resold or repurposed.

4. Exception: Technical Failure

In the rare event of a verified technical failure on our end that prevents delivery of purchased content, you may be eligible for a remedy. To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us at voynorg@proton.me within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.
  • You must provide your payment confirmation (order ID or transaction receipt) and a description of the issue.
  • Our technical team must verify that the failure occurred on our systems and that the content was not delivered or accessible to you.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at voynorg@proton.me before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your VOYN account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be unjustified and to provide evidence of content delivery to the relevant financial institution.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws across multiple jurisdictions. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has begun delivery with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. Under Korean consumer protection law (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), refunds for digital content that has been used or for which delivery has commenced are restricted. Similar provisions apply in Japan, Vietnam, and other jurisdictions where VOYN operates. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
